The group Sustainability team is a center of excellence that provides guidance, business intelligence and strategic insight to sustainability topics, ESG legislation and ESG reporting. Your mission and responsibilities In this position, you facilitate and ensure the data collection and processes connected to the ESG reporting processes. You build competence and coordination of the reporting of sustainability regulations such as the EU Taxonomy and Carbon Border Adjustment Mechanism (CBAM), supporting the Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive (CSRD), and the upcoming Corporate Sustainability Due Diligence (CSDD), Human Rights Due Diligence (HRDD), and Green Claims Directive (Greenwashing directive). Together with your team, you work with a wide range of topics in sustainability, for example:

• Ensuring that sustainability reporting processes are developed and integrated in our system solution.
• Driving towards a more automated collection and organizing of data and narrative.
• Coaching and working with all parts of the business to ensure alignment in an ever-changing and developing regulatory landscape.

Within the sustainability function you also coordinate and manage reporting processes and act as a knowledge hub and challenger/demands function to ensure compliance with requirements for sustainability reporting. This position is based at our headquarters in central Stockholm. Your background and character In this role, you need to be passionate about sustainability and eager to learn new topics. It’s an advantage if you have experience from the EU sustainability legislations. You have a relevant degree in business, data, sustainability, engineering or any other relevant field and experience of structuring reporting and validation of data. Working and navigating in large, international companies also calls for excellent communication skills in English. Your personality contributes to our success – characterized by a drive, self-motivation and strong analytical mindset. You’re organized, structured, data driven and a true team player who builds strong and authentic relationships – also stepping up to take responsibility when needed.
